A full time position available in our IT Department to support the world-wide maritime container shipping agency financial departments and CFOs as well as the central SAP processes for headquarters.

Responsibilities include:

Gather and document recommended enhancements from the agency financial        

                 department requirements

Present analysis of solutions including industry best practices

Participate in the software lifecycle including design, document, test and implement  

                  business and technical solutions

Act as business liaison understanding the headquarters and agency financial

                 community needs, policies, standards and regulations for proactive solutions

Key areas of expertise required include:

Strong Financial Management Knowledge including General Ledger Accounting,      

                  Accounts Payable and Receivable

Strong Business Transformation and Analytical Skills

Good communication skills with the CFO and Financial Management

Required skills include:

5+ years of large scale financial systems design and support SAP experience /

                  certification is a strong plus

Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience required

C# and SQL Server experience are a strong plus

Shipping industry experience is a plus

Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
