Intermediate Software Development Engineer/Senior Application Developer

Job Requirements:

This intermediate level position requires at least 5 years .net experience which must include:
• asp.net + ajax
• SOAP Web Services
• WCF
• ORM – specially Linq2Sql
• Mandatory C# language and .net features up to version3.5
• HTML + CSS(including layout techniques)
• Base knowledge on IIS and deployment procedure
• Base knowledge of SQL (stored procedures, views, indexes, table functions)
• Familiarity with Software Designing Pattern and Unit Test (Test Driven Development)
• Knowledge of Accounting Software – Coda will be considered a plus
• Silverlight3 will be considered a plus

Candidate should have a minimum of a BS or BA in Computer Science or an associated discipline, advanced degree preferable.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with interpersonal skills are required.

Job Responsibility:
Candidate will play a significant role within a dynamic development team responsible for providing the maritime industry with state-of-the-art client server applications.

Salary Range: 55,000 – 60,000
